A central FAQ should answer the questions that appear before, during and after a compatibility calculation. The answers below describe the current product boundary and keep Western astrology, Vedic astrology and numerology separate.
Calculator
The homepage calculator has two distinct comparison paths. Full Chart is the current Western astrology mode; Sun Moon & Rising is a separate sign-level comparison based on supplied signs.
Birth Information
Birth date, selected location and birth time do different jobs in a chart calculation. An unknown time changes the detail available; it does not turn an estimate into a confirmed chart.
Results and Limits
A percentage is an output of a method, not a relationship verdict. Read the score guide and the accuracy article when a number feels more certain than the evidence in daily life.
Methods
The site publishes Western astrology, Vedic astrology and numerology as separate pillars. The current Full Chart result does not combine their scoring systems, and Tarot or AI does not determine that score.
Privacy
Privacy questions belong to both product context and policy detail. Read the Privacy Policy and Methodology page rather than relying on a general promise about browser-side processing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does CompatibilityCalculator.net compare?
The calculator compares two sets of birth and astrology information and returns a structured compatibility reading. The current Full Chart mode is Western astrology, while Sun Moon & Rising is a separate sign-level comparison.
What is Full Chart mode?
Full Chart uses birth date, selected birth location and exact birth time when known to calculate a Western astrology comparison. Names are optional and do not determine planetary positions.
What is Sun Moon & Rising mode?
Sun Moon & Rising uses the supplied Sun sign, Moon sign and Rising sign. It is not the same as Full Chart and does not claim the same degree-based synastry detail.
Which mode should I use?
Use Full Chart when the birth details and chart-level comparison fit the question. Use Sun Moon & Rising when you want a sign-level comparison based on those three supplied signs.
Do I need an exact birth time?
Exact time gives the calculator more chart detail. When time is unknown, the calculator follows an unknown-time path; do not read the result as if every time-sensitive placement were confirmed.
Why does birth location matter?
Birth location is used with date and time to calculate the chart positions used by the Western Full Chart method. It is not a measure of a person’s character.
Do names affect the astrology score?
No. Names are optional and do not determine planetary positions or alter the current Western Full Chart score.
What does the compatibility percentage mean?
It is an output of the site’s stated method, not a probability that a relationship will succeed. Read it beside the written areas and the limitations in the percentage guide.
What do the seven Full Chart result areas mean?
They cover Core Temperament, Emotional Compatibility, Communication, Attraction & Chemistry, Trust & Follow Through, Day-to-Day Compatibility and Growth.
Is a high score a guarantee?
No. A high score cannot guarantee honesty, care, commitment or good behavior. People still need to communicate and make decisions from real evidence.
Does a low score mean the relationship will fail?
No. A lower score is not an instruction to leave. It may give you a question about communication, expectations or timing that deserves a real conversation.
Is the current Full Chart result Western astrology?
Yes. The current Full Chart mode is Western astrology. Vedic astrology and numerology remain separate educational subjects on the site.
Is Vedic astrology included in the Western score?
No. Vedic subjects such as Rashi, Nakshatra, Ashtakoota, Guna Milan and Manglik considerations belong to Vedic explanations and are not hidden layers in the current Western score.
Is numerology included in the Western score?
No. Life Path, Birthday Number, Expression or Destiny, Soul Urge, Personality Number and name/date methods belong to numerology education, not the current Western Full Chart score.
Does AI determine the score?
No. The current Full Chart result uses built-in astrology and scoring rules. AI is not used to determine the current Full Chart score.
Is Tarot part of the Full Chart calculation?
No. Tarot may be discussed as a separate historical or educational subject, but it does not change chart placements or the current Full Chart score.
Can the calculator predict marriage or breakup?
No. It cannot predict marriage, breakup, divorce or relationship success. It gives a method-based reflection, not a fixed outcome.
Is the result scientifically proven?
The score is not a scientific proof of compatibility or future behavior. The accuracy article explains the limits of method-based astrology scores.
What should I do if the reading does not match the relationship?
Treat the mismatch as useful information about the limits of the method. Look at what both people actually say and do, then keep the reading in that smaller context.
What should I check about privacy?
Read the site’s Privacy Policy and Methodology before entering birth information. Browser processing, storage, cookies, analytics and third-party requests are separate questions, so avoid absolute privacy assumptions.
